Crying Isn't A Sign Of Weakness

Sometimes crying is one of the best ways to let out some of the pain that we feel on the inside. Each tear we shed is symbolic of letting a little bit of the pain we have on the inside go! Dont ever think of crying as a sign of weakness, because in all actuality it is a sign of strength, and it is a sign that we are letting go of the pain we once held inside of us. Letting go of who we are and the feelings we had is sometimes best initiated by us allowing ourselves to give out a good cry.

We should never be ashamed of our tears. Just as we should laugh, we should cry, they both are therapeutic, and help us to make sense of a world that at times gets overwhelming. Tears are great for getting over the past, and as long as crying isn't the only thing you do to let go, your life will be helped to be made whole by letting your tears go.

When we are truly living life the way we know our life was meant to live, we are truly able to smile from a place of peace, and with a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving. Real genuine smiles comfort, and let people know that despite the pain that we may be feeling in our lives, through it all, nothing is impossible, and nothing can truly stop you from smiling.

A lot of times in our lives, the people that we share our lives with will not understand all of our emotions. It is the people who are willing to hold us up when we are down, that should receive the majority of our time. We have to keep in mind to shy away from giving our attention to the people who could really care less about us.

In order to live your best life possible we must be willing to rely on the fact that we are stronger, that we are braver and that we are smarter than we may believe we are. In order to overcome the struggles that we will all see throughout life we have to be willing and courageous enough to believe in ourselves and to also believe in the person that we want to become. We must be willing to keep our eyes on the dreams we have, instead of taking them off of our dreams and focusing on the obstacles in front of us.

If we are ever to keep a strong heart we have to be willing to do the things in life that hardly anyone else is willing to do. We have to be willing to keep our heads up. Yes, sometimes the battle will get difficult. Sometimes it will feel as if we aren't equipped enough to do the things that we always wished that we could do. Sometimes it will be cold when we need it to be warm, and sometimes it will be wet when we need it to be dry.

No situation in life will be the perfect set up if we are on the way to greatness. Greatness isn't made by not being challenged. People who never have to work for anything in their lives don't make greatness. Greatness is made by determination, focus, and dedication to the plan or vision we have in our hearts. So keep your head up, keep your heart strong, keep on pushing.

The person we see when we look in the mirror, the person we think of when we think of ourselves, is paramount because we will never be able to be more than we think we are. You can't allow things into your life that you dont think you deserve because most times you won't see them. When you really value yourself, you will also make great use of almost all of your time. It takes us being able to value our time to be able to really value our efforts and ourselves.
