If you don't care about what you really do when times get hard you have to have enough passion for your field to even want to carry on. When you pursue what you really love to do is much easier to stick with it, than it would be to continue in something that you don't really have a deep love for.

Every great leader and every great person has or had a tremendous love for the things that they were most successful at. It is from our hearts that the greatest things come, not from our minds.

For those who may be dealing in something that isn't entirely their passion I ask you to re-examine what you are doing. Make sure that you are being challenged and not just being weened. You can make a change in this world, but you must be willing to believe as hard as you are willing to work.
