When you get frustrated your mind and body both are communicating with you that they are uncomfortable with the situation that you may be experiencing currently.

Being frustrated isn't a bad thing if you don't allow it to be. When you start to get frustrated, do you ever stop to think and ask yourself exactly why you are getting frustrated? Many times this is easy to fix when we ask ourselves the right questions in order to make solutions.
