It's Very Healthy To Spend Time Alone

If we are never willing to spend any time alone, then we aren't willing to get an accurate representation of who we are on a regular basis. To make it in this life we have to be willing to reflect upon our days and we have to be willing to decide with ourselves what moves we will make next. Sure it is very helpful to have people around who do have your best interests in mind, but if we don't ever really know what we want, there is no possible way to move forward in the life in the direction we want to, if we don't even know what direction we want to move in.

Spending time alone is healthy, so make sure you give yourself time each day to reflect and to plan for what is to come next in your life. If you aren't willing to spend time alone then you will never be able to define yourself, you will be defined by someone else instead.

If you are in search for a definition of who you really are today, you must realize that you aren't defined by whatever situation you are in, you are defined by the actions you stay constantly committed to each day.

When we put ourselves in situations in which we show judgment upon others, we start to realize that as quickly as we open up the scope of judgment on others, others will be quick to judge us as well.
