Let Go Of Those Who Bring You Down

It is everyone's responsibility to figure out who in their life for them, and who really isn't. Sometimes figuring out who is really for you isnt as hard as we make it seem. Those who are only in our lives to bring us down to their level are easy to spot, if a persons actions continually help guide you to instances of defeat and situations in which you face unnecessary turmoil then chances are that person isn't in your life for you.

Instead let go of those people who bring you down, and surround yourself with those who only bring out the best in you. When you have positive relationships, your thoughts will be more positive, and this will lead to more positive action in your life as well. The important thing to do is to just let go of the negative and to embrace those who are positive. Never settle for a friend, make sure that a person is in your life for good reason, and that all the relationships that you partake in are equally yolked.

Never forget how much you really mean. If someone doesn't treat or value your friendship and takes your love for granted, then it may be time to either communicate the way you feel so that a change may be made, or it may be time to give them much less of yourself.

Sometimes in life we have to decipher the time to be a true friend or the time to be a true lover, and realize when the time is to let go of someone who is in our lives. It has been said to believe who someone is the first time that they show you who they are, and to never hold on to someone who doesn't want to be held on to. A great friend is a friend that will be there for you when you need for them to be. Before you can really know what a true friend should be to you, you have to be willing to learn about yourself. What standards do you have for your own life, what is acceptable in your eyes, and what do you expect that others do in relation to certain situations that may pertain to you. You also have to realize that not everyone will believe in the same guidelines for their lives that you may, and at some point in your life, you will have to compromise to make sure that you may maintain a relationship.
