Pretending To Be Happy

Determinant of the circumstance, a lot of times it is heavily beneficial for a person to keep a smile on their face, even though the emotional or physical pain that they are experiencing is weighing them down. For example, when a leader is wounded emotionally or physically it would greatly affect the morale of his/her followers if he/she were to stop leading and to change the focus of leading the group to accomplish a goal to stopping everyone's journey in order to complain about a newly arisen misfortune.

It takes more strength to be able to keep a smile on your face and to keep moving forward towards a goal, than it does to let a serious emotional or physical wound effect you of course, but what would life be without it's challenges? Whether we choose to believe it or not staying positive and keeping a smile on our face is infectious, our positivity will infect everyone around us, and so will our negativity. You must choose at times of extreme pain to be strong and make sure no one ever sees you sweat!

Just being happy is something that we can all do. Often times we look at the things we don't have and we complain, instead of being grateful for the life that we already have, and the fact that our lives will always have the potential to get better.

Though many of us are very ready to grow up, mature and do the things that we dream about, it is important to grasp the concept that not everyone around you will be ready to go along with the changes you feel that you must make in your life. Never let the people who arent ready for going the places that you are going stop you and eventually drag you back in a place they may want you to be happy.

We all want to be happy. Different people define happiness in various ways. Some define it as their well-being, which may be characterized by their positive emotions or outward expressions of joy. Others may define happiness as a way of life. One way to achieve happiness on a daily basis is to learn not to take things personally. Don't let someone else's negativity take away from your positive energy and joy. Ignore anothers personal attacks and innuendos.
