When we do things over and over again even though we know for a fact that they don't work, chances are you will never achieve the things in life that you want to, and this applies to every aspect of our lives, including our relationships.

Some people are just programmed and wired to be negative in any circumstance, and it isn't your job, and it is nearly impossible for you to make them change, a person has to be willing to change on their own. Therefore, if a person acts as if nothing you do, nothing you say, and none of your efforts are good enough to impress them, continuing to try to do so will drive you crazy.

Instead of wasting time trying to satisfy someone else, do things to satisfy yourself, like find someone else who will appreciate you for the special person that you really are.
