Valentine's Day isn't just for couples, nor is it just about the gifts, fancy dinners or dozens of roses. Valentine's Day is the opportunity to let your friends and family know how much they mean to you. The idea of Valentine's Day is to remind us that we're all capable of expressing our love to someone.

Let this day be your excuse to perform random acts of kindness, showing how much you love and appreciate the different people in your life. We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. Spread love and happiness to those around you; remember that not only today but each day you can make a difference in someone's life, you don't need an excuse or a special day to show someone you care.

During this Valentine's Day, take a step back, and think about what makes your relationship successful. Faith, sincerity, and passion are all integral to a healthy, blossoming relationship. Also remember that if your relationship isn't blossoming, and if it isn't growing it may be a dying relationship, but that is not something a little bit of sincerity, faith and passion won't fix.
