In this world truth and lies do not exist there is only facts. People take these facts to be ‘truth’ when the facts are convenient to them. but a person who hides the 'truth' can either be a good friend or a guilty person however you hve to remember that people normally have a reason for his so the more negative term 'deceiver' is a rarely a used term unless that person is in a position of fame.
