Try your best to avoid situations, people and places that cause that...except if you can change yourself to someone who can smile when you feel like frowning or shut your mouth up when deep inside you, YOU got a lot to say. I also hope you're not exaggerating it just because people are making it look like it is dangerous. Give yourself time to learn how to control it.

I don't think that there's really a way to 'control' it.Just think about why your feeling the way you are,approach it from a different angle.Try to not let it show.And later when your alone,you can wreak havoc.

It depend what your jealous about but I can say that to overcome that felling tell the person or thing your jealous of how you fell and your anger you can get a therapist and if it dosent work or hadent work you can squeeze a ball and take 3 deep breathes
