How can I make someone who is really sad very happy?

You got to love her-even if sometimes you feel like you bug her..you should stick around. you seem really sweet for caring this much=) thank you for caring a lot..mm..little things aren't little. if you know what I mean lol. making her favorite food. drawing her something. find what she likes and kinda incorporate it into things=) good luck with her=>

Sounds like she may be suffering from depression. Be mindful, do careful listening this is when she needs a friend most. Perhaps go to group therapy or suggest a therapist. Do you know if she's diabetic? if she is she may be suffering from Hypoglycimia Disorder.There are some really great Youtube guided meditation for depression which can help. Hopefully she's not taking any ilegal substances. Def get her some help.

Hello DargaonGirl334, the best thing you can do for a friend that is really sad is to be there for her and help her through whatever issues she is willing to share with you. Never assume that everything is okay, by looking at her from the outside, sometimes people need to scream, cry, or write things down to get them out of their system. Be sure that you let your friend know that you are available to assist her with anything that she's having trouble with.

Being there for her will make her happy. Sometimes it is not the spoken word or an act or gesture that counts, but rather just being a shoulder to cry on or a person to talk to is enough.

First find out the reason for her sadness then see how extreme the cause is.......if the reason fpr her sorrpw is trifle then let her conscience deal with it and if its something major then u know what u gotta do ..............make her smile and ease her pain

Ask her what makes her happy then do it even if its hard,

Lets her see the real world take her outside to new places that way what her smile is hiding under will release it in a new environment
