Distract your self with things you like doing I know its hard but you can do it that person is obviously not the one for you if thinking about them only brings you pain your worth more then what you think and you deserve better then what you are trine give yourself

Let the pain hurt you until it don't feel anything anymore or find the new source that when you are missing, it won't hurt you

Its difficult but not impossible you need to be strong and don't allow old memories to ruin your present. You need to understand past is past and its only waste of time and efforts to think about it. Life is about living in present so live it and time will heal every pain have faith.
