It's obviouse she wants some sort of connection with you either friendship or more. if you still have feelings for her you can give her another chance people do change and you should be able to forgive as long as their mistake don't become thier habits. answer is simple its entirly up to you do you want to be friends with her or you want to leave it in the past and go forward. I suggest you should be friends if it doesn't hurt you to remain friends but if you can't be a friend because it will hurt than you should not cuz it will only hurt you more
