Don't easily say yes. Just how could he easily broke up with you and after a week, he come back without feeling guitly?. Remember people deserve a second chance as long as he/she is worthy enough.
Everybody deserves one more chance. But note down, just one more. You don't want to end up in a dysfunctional relationship. Make sure he understands what you need to be happy, and that he appreciates what you're offering.
No you shouldn't he broke up with you without any reason and after a week he comes to you and give a lame excuse who knows he may again broke up with you and leave you alone.
