Just try explaining to him that you don't anymore. If he doesn't believe you then try getting your friends to help you out or gain his trust slowly with little things you do. just don't try to pressure him into believing you because he'll think you're trying too hard and won't believe you. If he still doesn't believe you, maybe he's not the right guy for you or he just needs his time to re-evaluate things. I hope this helps!
