I would have to say my best friend is more important because they are there by your side. You can also talk to them about you lover, and I just feel more close to my best friend.
Best friend trumps a lover, but your spouse trumps them both. Ultimate faithfulness belongs to the one who will be with you the longest. That makes your God the one who trumps all others.
