If by sense you mean purpose for life there are many reasons. Everyone is created equal and deserves life. They might not be able to do some physical tasks,but everyone is important. They might be really kind and brighten someones day or talk about awareness or some cause. Just because of some handicaps, mental or physical,it doesn't take away value from that person's life. We all have our burdens, their's are just more visible to others.
