It depends on the size of the stomach and overall size of the body. Many women may eat more than men, depending on their overall space for intake. Young women are more largely affected by body image and the need to eat in smaller portions than elderly people of both genders.In general, I would say men eat more because they aren't as largely affected by the media and have more food capacity.
