Why is it that when a child gets into trouble, everyone begins to as "where were the parents" But then if the parents cant stand it anymore and spank their kids, the cops and cops are called on them for child abuse? Do you think its fair?

Well being spanked isnt being abused.. being hit everyday for no reason is being abused.. but I totally agree with you.

Children are consider weak entity that country need to protect. They still young and don't really understand bad things or good things even they understand they don't know the bad effect to themselves or others. That why parents must be responsible to take care their children. It fair as long as both side now the consequences and commit themselves to be better person

Well it's totally unfair and absolutly unappropiate. Children of today don't want to be disciplined. Well I think the goverment is to blame actually for such nonesense.
