Life is hard an stressful. but only if you make it. you control your life. dont make it hard or stressful. change it happy. I hpoe this is the advice you wanted.

To make human stronger than before. After you struggle and survive, you will laugh at that hardships because it not so tough or scary anymore.

To make us strong and tough. And life being stressful is the outcome of our doings and decision. Life is difficult but not impossible. And this is most interesting thing about it. To face adversity and happiness in life. Happiness, and sadness go hand in hand with each other.
