Aggression is different from anger. Anger is an emotion; aggression is a behavior. There are better ways to deal with anger than behaving aggressively. Anger is a perfectly normal human emotion and, when dealt with appropriately, can even be considered a healthy emotion.Aggression in positive way is a form of assertiveness. One succeeds only by aggressively going after his goal. Aggression is a necessary requirement for success in life in general. One must have balance between aggression & anger to have a meaningful life life.
