Angry is expression of annoyance, displeasure, hostility or having a strong feeling against someone who has behaved badly, making you want to shout at them or hurt them. Angry people become irrational. They say things and do things they would end up regretting later. Its easy to mend things up with a simple Im sorry. But most of the time, things get thrown out of proportion when pride gets in the way. No one wants to be the one to concede defeat. Wait until you have calmed down from your anger and then express yourself in a calm and collected way.You need to be assertive without being aggressive. Until & unless you have patience & attitude to control your thoughts, you will never learn how to control your behaviour to the best.
