Empowerment means you have the ability to control the course of your life. You CAN empower yourself, step by step, with patience and determination & vibrant state of mind. People who dont feel empowered may have low self-esteem, feel unmotivated to go after goals and stop working toward happiness in their lives. You can empower yourself through emotional and physical activities that get you more in touch with how you affect your environment. Empowerment involves reflecting on our personal values, skills and goals and being prepared to adjust our behavior in order to achieve our goals.
