Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. One way to be better at handling anger each time it happens is it allows you to contemplate on patience. Think about the effects of anger, what it does to your relationships, your job and even your own mental well-being. When you have mindfulness of its effects you will begin to moderate anger each time you feel its sensations. Have the wisdom to understand yourself. Let go of your ego .When you have the wisdom to see things for what they truly are, then your outburst of anger will be less as you practice these steps to anger management. Will you continue to be angry even as you know these steps? Of course you will. But just like everything you practice, you will become more skillful at it and you will be able to conquer anger better.
