I dont understand why some people say stuff like, I can never be happy or, I havent been happy in a long time. The way I see it, as long as you have genuinely smiled over anything then you cant lose hope or say your life is completely miserable. I know that when Ive hit my worst moments Ill think the same way but still, if youre being honest to yourself then those moments of seemingly infinite joy are what should matter. Be proud that for that one moment you were able to forget all the horrible parts of your life. There is hope after all.
