Instead of always looking for someones faults and pointing them out why not encourage them by letting them know of all the positive things that you see within them. There's always some good with the bad If you continue to always focus on the faults of another sooner or later you will lose that person....be it a friend or family member. People can only take so much of being labeled. Sooner or later they will have had enough! So why not today you try encouraging others rather than putting them down Build them up instead of tearing them down!
