No matter how busy life gets, never forget to have your Me time. This is the time you dedicate to yourself. It can be a short break or a short nap within the day, or a weekend vacation to a place you really love to go to. Eat your favorite food or buy yourself something nice. Its not bad to be a little selfish sometimes. You need to give yourself a break too otherwise you will break.
