People deal too much with the negative with what is wrong. Why not try and see positive things to just to find what is right. Developing optimism includes the practice of positive thinking, as well as belief in ourselves and our capacity to change for the better. As philosophers and sages tell us again and again, This too, shall pass away. Even the worst of the conditions will change, sooner or later. This will enable us to view ourselves and our life with dispassion and detachment, and not give in to negative emotions.
