Self esteem create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement. Stop negative self-talk. Positive self talk are encouraging messages we can give ourselves every day until they become part of our feelings and beliefs. Positive self esteem is important because when people experience it, they feel and look good, are effective and productive, and they respond to others and themselves in healthy, positive, growing ways.
