Sometimes it is not lack of ability but lack of confidence prevents us from achieving our goal. To achieve goal along with ability one must have vision and confidence. Positive vision enrich one with self efficacy. Self efficacy is ability to go for action with confidence. One's sense of self-efficacy can play a major role in how one approaches towards goals, tasks, and challenges. It is positive vision breeds positive action & positive action breeds success.
