There are some people in our lives who, regardless of all the good, kind and meaningful things we do, will always focus on the faults we have and seek to use them to beat us down, rather than build us up when we could really use a lift sadly, it's these people we need to remove from our lives to ensure that it's our positivity and kindness not their negativity, that shines through.
