What will you do when things go wrong? Dont leave your answer to chance or your whims; instead of feeling bad about feeling down, or feeling insecure, get control of emotion.This will help you understand your feelings and work through them much more easily, because you wont be so deeply embedded in negativity about yourself.Once youve accepted your feelings, youll then be free to seek support for the actual problem.
