I came at it thinking this was going to be really fun, but once I was done, I was vomiting on the plane home. But that was probably more to do with the wrap party the night before.

I remember when I finished those, I was crying when I went back to get the plane, thinking, 'Oh that`s it, I`ll never be here again!' At the time, it seemed like a really big deal. I had all my friends seeing me off at the airport; we were all crying and they were all waving from the balcony. I was being an actor, and being really dramatic...it was very funny. But then three weeks later, I was back. I had no idea what I was getting myself into!

I really didn`t have that much of an idea about Xena or about the Amazons, it was all a bit over my head at the time. But it sounded really cool.

The first day I remember just laughing hysterically and that actually did not stop the whole time I was in New Zealand working on the show. We have a really good time doing the show and I think it comes through.

The tight clothes are something you learn to live up to. Lots of working out- which is good! Being a strong female character is all a female actress could hope for.

Working with Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor was a huge lesson in itself. I highly respect both those actresses and look upon them as mentors- not unlike Amarice actually. Xena prepared me mentally for the challenge of pretend-killing on a daily basis.
