When you are feeling really down and stressed out, make your feel-good & make yourself comfortable by positive thinking. You have to believe in what you can do and that no one can make you feel bad without your consent.Your value does not decrease if there is someones inability to see your worth. Remind yourself of who you are and what you can do in spite what others say about you or how others make you feel about yourself. It doesnt matter what they think. What matters is what you think about yourself and how you feel about it. If feel down & out you must work harder to boost your self-esteem and improve your emotional strength to be able to succeed in life.
