Worry is like sitting on a rocking chair, shaking your inner self..It is something taking out your very essentials & does not get you anywhere. Stop worrying. It is using your imagination to create situation you dont want. Worry does not change anything. All it does is steal your peace & joy & keep you on your feet for nothing. Over thinking ruins you. ruins peace of mind, twists things around, makes you worry & just makes every thing worse than actually is.
