Elected officials are those who have been duly elected by the concerned authorities on mass agreement and with the majority in their favor. To be elected as an official, you need to have merit and several qualities as your asset. To be among the selected few, you should possess some qualities which are your trademark and set you apart from the crowd. The elected officials only plan the progress of the organisation, state or nation, to which they are supposed to render their services. They hold office for a particular demarcated time and must satisfy all the rules to be eligible for the post for which they have been elected.
Tim Bishop, who was an American Politician, had once remarked the following lines. Quote verbatim, “The residents and elected officials of Long Island have fought vigorously for many years and spent millions of dollars to preserve the quality of life that Long Island offers.”
