Infinity is derived from the Latin word “Infinitas”, which means not to have any bounds or limits. Something which does not seem to end or seems to be unbounded tends towards infinity or is said to be infinite. Infinity symbol is used in mathematics and physics to indicate quantities which are unbounded by any limits. Andrew Miles had once remarked, “Mathematicians aren't satisfied because they know there are no solutions up to four million or four billion, they really want to know that there are no solutions up to infinity.”
Infinity is derived from the word infinite. Infinite also tends to a huge number or quantity that cannot be counted. The quantity is so much plentiful that it seems to be innumerable. Thomas More had once remarked, “By confronting us with irreducible mysteries that stretch our daily vision to include infinity, nature opens an inviting and guiding path toward a spiritual life.”
