Taxes are any sort of charges which may be financial or of other form, levied from individuals. Taxes are levied by the state government or a functional representative of the state. Taxes have to be paid in time by every individual else he or she can be punished by the law. Taxes are either direct or indirect. In the words of Andrew Mellon, “A balanced program for tax reform based upon the common sense idea of lowering taxes out of surplus revenues.”Paying taxes on time is the duty of every responsible individual. All the money levied as tax is used by the government to provide all favourable facilities to the people residing in the region where the government rules. Taxes are forced and unwilling contribution to the government, rather than being a forced taxation. According to Jennifer Dunn, “Americans spend much of their adult lives paying taxes in various forms. We should end this practice of paying a tax that is triggered only by debt.”
