I miss you, I miss how we where before, you've changed, we've changed, before you where there for me, but now your in and out of my life, I used to think you loved me but now I'm confused do you love me or do you just loving messing with my heart, when I finally think I can forget about you there you are to capture my heart, I feel like a caged bird, one minute you set me free the next minute you lock me back up in these shackles, it hurts my heart, you used to say you loved me but whenever I say I love you, you ignore me and then there's this deafening silence, when I look into eyes I fall deeper and deeper into this bottomless pit.

The whole town laughed at my great-grandfather, just because he worked hard and saved his money. True, working at the hardware store didn't pay much, but he felt it was better than what everybody else did, which was go up to the volcano and collect the gold nuggets it shot out every day. It turned out he was right. After forty years, the volcano petered out. Everybody left town, and the hardware store went broke. Finally he decided to collect gold nuggets too, but there weren't many left by then. Plus, he broke his leg and the doctor's bills were real high.

Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere is war and until there are no longer first-class and second-class citizens of any nation, until the color of a man's skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes. And until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race, there is war. And until that day, the dream of lasting peace, world citizenship, rule of international morality, will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued, but never attained... now everywhere is war.

Only this way the human life will escape its own burden, its own image, its own Destiny, the vanity, the deceit and the absurd, the strange coldness of this world, finally choosing the complete peace of the Nirvana it was looking throughout its historical evolution, a strange and absurd Nirvana itself in reference to the increasingly humble and insignificant being compared to it, to the stranger that replaces more often self and more inhumanly, that mocks her creating it a society increasingly petty and absurd. Is suicide the saving solution of the mankind? Is it not any other way through which man would chase away the alien within him, the absurd and the anxiety so that he can find his Sacred Self that was stolen so many millennia ago? What other way could there be except suicide?

I had been trying to do something with music for all of my life. Ive always been a fan of music; I always loved music from the early 80s. I used to break-dance, DJ, all of that. So I always loved music. Its just that once I got myself established, you know, I started out in the streets doing the wrong thing first. But once I got my money together and myself established, instead of somebody thats trying to rap, like Bleu and them, getting out there trying to sell drugs or anything to make their careers flourish, I [thought I] could help them with what I have. And thats basically what it was between Bleu, Jeezy and everybody. I was trying to help them out. Jeezy was even rapping before he met me. But nobody was listening to the shit until he was around me, until we was listening to it and Im making/paying the djs play it. Thats basically how it is. I always wanted to be in the music business. A lot of my friends [have] always been in entertainment. If you hang out in Atlanta, everybody t

With a heart of gold, and a look so nice, I met a girl who had angel eyes. Her smile so precious like a jewel on a crown, And her eyes so deep, in which many have drowned. She looks so pure as the morning dew, As the ones blessed with her charm, in the world are few. For once in life my hands you hold, Trust me, well overcome any odd, may how bold. Your beauty alone is capable to create a fuss, As an interesting part of fact and fables. But please dont devoid us, From the pleasant charm of an angel. Youre so beautiful!, how loud my heart cries out, Divine as an angel without any doubt.

So finally, on about the fifteenth tee, I hit the drive of my life. And any of you people who play golf, you know the drive I'm talking about. The minute you hit it, you just drop your club. You hang on to the beer, let's don't get stupid. And I watch this ball just go and go and...kind of hit this guy in the head. And I felt bad, but he overreacted, I thought. I mean, it wasn't like a square hit; it just kind of glanced off his head. But he goes whippin' his car off the freeway, like 'here we go!' Mr. Attitude! So now, he's barreling down the fairway screaming at the top of his lungs, like 'what are you, some kind of cruddy golfer?' I'm like, 'hey, I hit you, didn't I? You were traveling sixty-five miles an hour. That's a pretty good shot in my book.'

I'd met Mick Jagger years ago when he invited me to his house in Malibu, but back then I was too gagged to my fucking ear lobes in coke and Tuinals. I was barely in shape to knock on the door. But this time it was very beautiful. The limo pulled into his tent in the tent city, and he had a crib there for his daughter. We hugged, and I told Mick, 'You don't know what it means to be standing here with you after all these years. It's amazing, because I woke up this morning and I got my weekly report from the office, and right next to Aerosmith at Number Two in airplay R&R is the Stones album at Number One.' Of course, deep inside I'm thinking to myself, 'And watch out, because we're going to knock you right off the charts, motherfucker.

Sublimation of instinct is an especially conspicuous feature of cultural development; it is what makes it possible for higher psychical activities, scientific, artistic or ideological, to play such an important part in civilized life. If one were to yield to a first impression, one would say that sublimation is a vicissitude which has been forced upon the instincts entirely by civilization. But it would be wiser to reflect upon this a little longer. In the third place, finally, and this seems the most important of all, it is impossible to overlook the extent to which civilization is built up upon a renunciation of instinct, how much it presupposes precisely the non-satisfaction (by suppression, repression or some other means?) of powerful instincts. This cultural frustration dominates the large field of social relationships between human beings;we know already that it is the cause of the antagonism against which all civilization has to fight.

Psychology quotes
OBSESSED, p.p. Vexed by an evil spirit, like the Gadarene swine and other critics. Obsession was once more common than it is now. Arasthus tells of a peasant who was occupied by a different devil for every day in the week, and on Sundays by two. They were frequently seen, always walking in his shadow, when he had one, but were finally driven away by the village notary, a holy man; but they took the peasant with them, for he vanished utterly. A devil thrown out of a woman by the Archbishop of Rheims ran through the trees, pursued by a hundred persons, until the open country was reached, where by a leap higher than a church spire he escaped into a bird. A chaplain in Cromwell's army exorcised a soldier's obsessing devil by throwing the soldier into the water, when the devil came to the surface. The soldier, unfortunately, did not.

Obsessions quotes
I tried to convince myself I didn't want you anymore. I just can't let go. I don't want to see you move on, but I'm not doing much about it either. You're two different people and I wish it would stop, because I'm living to die and dieing to live, but it doesnt mean a thing to me, until I have you. I felt so good when I was with you, you made me feel like the world; to hear I was your favorite and the best you ever had. You were not ashamed and would hold my hand anywhere. We'd talk on the phone for hours, and everytime we kissed it felt like I was dreaming. Love felt like heaven when I was with you; and now that you're gone I'm hurting like hell. I miss you so much, and I wish you were here, but I made the wrong choice and its too late, too many mistakes had been made and I lost you, forever...but you didnt loose my love because I loved you ever since the day I met you. and ill never forget you, because to me, you are the WORLD.

One night a man and a woman are both at a bar knocking back a few beers. They start talking and come to realize that they're both doctors. After about an hour, the man says to the woman, Hey. How about if we sleep together tonight. No strings attached. It'll just be one night of fun. The woman doctor agrees to it. So they go back to her place and he goes in the bedroom. She goes in the bathroom and starts scrubbing up like she's about to go into the operating room. She scrubs for a good 10 minutes. Finally she goes in the bedroom and they have sex for an hour or so. Afterwards, the man says to the woman, You're a surgeon, aren't you? Yeah, how did you know? The man says, I could tell by the way you scrubbed up before we started. Oh, that makes sense, says the woman. Youre an anesthesiologist aren't you? Yeah, says the man, a bit surprised. How did you know? The woman answers, Because I didn't feel a thing.

To and for the establishment, promotion and development of a Secret Society, the true aim and object whereof shall be for the extension of British rule throughout the world, the perfecting of a system of emigration from the United Kingdom, and of colonisation by British subjects of all lands where the means of livelihood are attainable by energy, labour and enterprise, and especially the occupation by British settlers of the entire Continent of Africa, the Holy Land, the Valley of the Euphrates, the Islands of Cyprus and Candia, the whole of South America, the Islands of the Pacific not heretofore possessed by Great Britain, the whole of the Malay Archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan, the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the inauguration of a system of Colonial representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed members of the Empire and, finally, the foundation of so great a Power

A father is always making his baby into a little woman. Whatever people say, I do think there is a good side to Wall Street. It was created almost as a civic service to fund our wars. It wasnt created for this greedy, self-indulgent Get rich mentality. It wasnt always that way and its not always that way now. Its not all of them who are corrupt and the guys that Ive met arent that way. They do a lot of good things and raise a lot of money for charity. Theyll raise $70 million in a night. Its easy to just point fingers at the rich guys, but there are a lot of quality people who arent motivated solely by greed. I think what you end up with often on Wall Street is the guys who couldnt make it onto the sports team at school; a lot of them wanted to be competitive athletes and found themselves in finance, which is just as competitive a field. Its a kill or be killed mentality. Its very competitive worse than Hollywood. I still trade every morning. I come from poverty and its like night and day. My mother laughs about it: she went on welfare, we had no money and now Im trading $300,000 in the morning. Its outrageous.
