If I had my way books would not be written in English, but in an exceedingly difficult secret language that only skilled professional readers and story-tellers could interpret. Then people like you would have to go to public halls and pay good prices to hear the professionals decode and read the books aloud for you. This plan would have the advantage of scaring off all amateur authors, retired politicians, country doctors and I-Married-a-Midget writers who would not have the patience to learn the secret language.

The future can be terrifying. There's no script written out telling us what our next moves are. There's no time machine to bring us back to fix mistakes or take missed opportunities. Many people are scared of the future. Fear like this, for some, stops them from reaching out and grasping opportunities that could change their lives. I've let this fear get to me and I'm tired of it. I've decided to try to fear no more. I'm going to work hard to achieve everything I've ever wanted in my life no matter what it takes. I will be happy with my future. I will not be afraid.

God's love is written upon every opening bud, upon every spire of springing grass. The lovely birds making the air vocal with their happy songs, the delicately tinted flowers in their perfection perfuming the air, the lofty trees of the forest with their rich foliage of living green -- all testify to the tender, fatherly care of our God and to His desire to make His children happy.

People grow old only by deserting their ideals, Macarthur had written. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up interest wrinkles the soul. You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope as old as your despair. In the central place of every heart there is a recording chamber. So long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer and courage, so long are you young. When your heart is covered with the snows of pessimism and the ice of cynicism, then, and then only, are you grown old. And then, indeed as the ballad says, you just fade away.

I try to be fairly apolitical for the most part, but where I was willing to step boldly over that line, was with something that could not be disputed by any rational, thinking human being as the most wonderful thing about the election two years ago. Our country, coming from its history of slavery and racial inequality, one of the worst offenders for that in the history of the world, turns on a dime and elects a black man to the presidency. Regardless of what I think about politics, I'm proud of our country for being that open-minded, and showing the world, which had sort of written us all off as all being closed-minded....It just shows you the power of the American idea, which is that democracy can do this sorta thing.

Why have I used the Void-Being terminology? Because in Death, Void, Being, Life and the Bilderberg Group I have written on the fact that the void has its own opposite and this is the being, as the being is opposed to the void, but this only we think based on the Logical Coefficient 2, because if we thought based on a bigger Logical Coefficient, for instance, along with void and being we would have other opposites too. If we thought based on the Logical Coefficient 1, which is inferior to the one we use, then the void would not have any opposite, so the being would not exist anymore.

They say theres a fine line between genius and insanity. If a man thinks he can write, does that make him genius or insane for trying. I ask myself, are we born with talent, or is talent created in us? I guess not all of us are naturally gifted or talented. I assume that gifts or talents would have to be built with practice, dedication and commitment. They say put your heart into it but what about your soul? Is compassion or lust for grammar and written word a sin? I dont know. Does it make me mad with insanity? Sometimes. The pen is an instrument of the mind; only through it will my thoughts find relief. So they say theres a fine line between genius and insanity. Which one am I, at this time I dont really know; which one am I?

I repeat, not the man does it, because he has nothing to say on his own destiny, because how the history of the human past is written and that book cannot be changed, so is the future which will be a part of the history and his book neither can be changed. The only free way given to man to act on his destiny is by love. The man can and has the capacity to love or hate. By having love man also has Holiness and Faith and thus he becomes religious. Everything that is Holy receives other new meanings throughout the historical evolution. The term evolution, as I have said it, is inadequate to a world which has a destiny, but it is the closes to what I want to express now. The saints are those who receive supernatural powers from the man. They can do Good or they can intervene in the human destiny.

Playing Arthur, I'm sorry to sound sappy, but it was a gift from the Gods. I've always been a working actor and I've always made my living in acting for a long time. I'd been auditioning for that show, I knew the casting directors pretty well. Arthur was the fifth character I auditioned for on the show. They kept bringing me in for parts and not finding anything for me. I actually wasn't supposed to audition for the part of Arthur, I was auditioning for one of the gay choir members from David's choir. Then I read about that part and went, 'Oh my God, that's perfect for me.' And I asked permission to read for it right then and there. I went in and auditioned without any preparation whatsoever and I think that probably helped me because I didn't overthink it. It was an amazing experience. Those shows are so well written and so well acted they're like little one-hour movies. So in a way I got to do like twelve or thirteen little one-hour movies as a very interesting and complex character. Everyone was really cool. Alan Ball, all the artists behind that show, were just so supportive and great and that really helped launch my career. I'm really grateful to the show for that.

INSCRIPTION, n. Something written on another thing. Inscriptions are of many kinds, but mostly memorial, intended to commemorate the fame of some illustrious person and hand down to distant ages the record of his services and virtues. To this class of inscriptions belongs the name of John Smith, penciled on the Washington monument. Following are examples of memorial inscriptions on tombstones: (See EPITAPH.) 1)It is obvious, for survival and problem solving purposes, we live in two worlds, the mind and the environment. The environment is all that exists outside the mind, including my foot or my body. The body is considered part of the environment because discovery takes place there, you discover a mole, not think it up. 2)All discovery and surprise takes place in the environment (as research scientists, battlefield commanders, examining doctors, and auditors, etc, already know ). The environment defies logic because it evolves and so one must go to it to investigate, research, and experiment....not sit in a chair and just meditate.. 3)God (or evolution if you please) alone creates all the existing entities, players, animals, insects, fish, and planets, etc, that exist ( humans don't create these players/entities ). Humans came on the scene surrounded by these players. Defenseless, we could only observe and notice what they did or could do and when they did it, etc. We observed relationships and remembered. Even the stars above appeared to have useful patterns/relationships. 4)Humans have always negotiated their way in the world by capturing perceived relationships among and between the players and entities by using observation and thought. Humans ascended by climbing the ladder of relationships and then exploited these relationships. Einsteins perceived relationship between energy, mass, and the speed of light lead to exploitable atomic weapons. 5)Relationships are the sum and summary of all intellectual activity. The mind feeds upon and grows with its knowledge of relationships. New relationships are the product of creative thought, usually aided with observation. Problems are solved by and with the sudden apprehension of a new and viable relationship. 6)A solution, to be a solution, must share some of the characteristics of the problem. It is the pursuit of a shared characteristic that can identify a sought after relationship leading to a useful solution. A good problem solving method then is to describe a problem in written painful detail and then follow each characteristic always on alert for possible relationships. Isaac Newton may have invented the reflecting telescope in this fashion by meditating on the under performing refractor telescope. 7)Reactions are a special form of relationship and are quite useful to record and collect because of their automatic character. As the Chinese saying goes...

Here, the body is considered part of the environment because discovery and surprise take place on the body, you discover a mole on your leg, not think it up. 2)All discovery and surprise takes place in the environment (as research scientists, battlefield commanders, examining doctors, and auditors, etc, already know ). The environment however, defies logic, because it evolves and so one must go to it to investigate, research, and experiment....not sit in a chair and just meditate. Groups of people know more about the environment than any one person, and this makes frequent human interactions profitable/educational. 3)God (or evolution if you please) alone creates all the existing entities, players, animals, insects, fish, and planets, etc, that exist ( humans don't create these players/entities ). Our senses pick up things and our mind perceives the accompanying relationships. 5)Relationships are the sum and summary of all intellectual activity. The mind feeds upon and grows with its knowledge of relationships. New relationships are the product of creative thought, usually aided with observation. Problems are solved by and with the sudden apprehension of a new and viable relationship. Producing useful relationships is what the intellect does, what it's role is. If the mind has a product, it has to be relationships. 6)A solution, to be a solution, must share some of the characteristics of the problem. It is the belief in, and the pursuit of a shared characteristic that can identify a sought after relationship leading to a useful solution.
