True friends will always convince you to be yourself. No matter how many times you try to be someone else, and no matter how beneficial a may situation may be a true friend will never take advantage of or mislead a true friend to bend to their own will or preferred method of living.

Friends inspire each other to become great people, and friends work hard together fighting for each others causes because they love and believe in each other so much. True friendship consists of people who listen to each other, and who are there for each other in good times and in bad times; of people who are willing to be honest and loyal no matter what temptations try to get in the way.

By the time our lives are over we will probably only have a handful of people we can call a real friend around us. Be there for others, because one day you are going to need someone to be there for you.
