Humility is one of the hardest traits to learn, especially in these times, but is in reality one of the most important traits a person can have who is interested in success. A person with humility knows when to be quiet and when to speak, even though people around them may expect for them to be willing to fulfill social norms.

The greatest people among us are always willing to be small if it means that success can be achieved. A level headed person knows that life isn't about being superior to your fellow man, and is more about being superior to your former self.
