Making time for you is a key ingredient in living a healthy life. For a person to make time for them selves they have to first be willing to take time out of their lives and figure out how much free time they usually use in a week, and to set a specific goal each week just for free time spent to enjoy their self.
After setting this goal there usually has to be some sacrifice for the free time that is the goal, which means we have to figure out the things that we are doing on a regular basis, and eliminate the things in our lives that we truly have no passion for in order to make time for the things we are passionate for. Another thing to consider when thinking about how much of your life you actually enjoy is to consider staying away from activities that do nothing to benefit your life and only cause worry and stress, because these stressors can easily transfer over into every aspect of your life.
