Many of us often have the right to be mad when we are exposed to certain circumstances or situations in our lives. Though we do sometimes have the right to be mad, we certainly should not let the way that we feel at certain moments allow for us to be cruel to others, especially those who have nothing to do with the reason or reasons we are mad in the first place.
Instead of giving into your emotions and your thoughts, take what anger you do have and use the energy and adrenaline that it may give you to go do something constructive. If you want to be cruel, be cruel to a punching bag, take a nice run, or do some other types of heavy exercising that will help you release all of the pent up aggression that you may have inside of you.
If we truly want to be a blessing to others then we should make efforts not to discourage others by letting our emotions take us over and being cruel to them.
