The Reason People Find It Hard To Be Happy
Keeping a positive outlook is one of the hardest challenges to overcome, but is crucial in the pursuit of anyone's happiness. We will all face difficult times in our lives, but the truest test besides overcoming these obstacles, is how much we may let the challenge bring us down. Of course it is best to not let your circumstances weigh you down at all, and it is also best to keep a smile on your face, along with the most positive attitude possible. This is way easier said than done, but is very possible.

In order to stay positive it is crucial to stay away from negativity. Negativity is like a cancer and will easily take over a person’s mind if a person is submerged in it in abundance. Not only is it important to stay away from negativity but it is also important to spread positive energy, doing so will not only help those around you, but it will also help to ensure that you stay positive. It’s also very important to cherish all of the things that you have, and to cherish life, period, at all times.

Helping Brings Happiness
Don't count the things you think you have done for someone. Instead, count the number of times you felt better just because you made them happy.
A lot of people in society today, give in order to receive something in return. Sometimes we may keep track of what we have done for someone, somehow expecting for them to pay us back equally. It is hard to conceive but we may not receive what we deem equal to what we put into any given relationship, but this should be last on our list of worries. Just seeing someone happy from receiving something heartfelt from yourself should be reward enough for you.

Quote About Finding Happiness
Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder...
Many of us don't realize that the pursuit of happiness isn't a straight shot journey to a destination in life in which we will be ultimately fulfilled, but it is a journey filled with winding roads, with many turns, forks, no outlet ,stop and yield signs, green, yellow and red lights, with a loud thundering voice (God) as our GPS. Our happiness isn't determined by one major accomplishment in life, but rather the fulfillment of accomplishment after accomplishment, until we no longer desire to accomplish anymore.

Pretending To Be Happy
Pretending to be happy when you're in pain is just an example of how strong you are as a person.
Determinant of the circumstance, a lot of times it is heavily beneficial for a person to keep a smile on their face, even though the emotional or physical pain that they are experiencing is weighing them down. For example, when a leader is wounded emotionally or physically it would greatly affect the morale of his/her followers if he/she were to stop leading and to change the focus of leading the group to accomplish a goal to stopping everyone's journey in order to complain about a newly arisen misfortune.

Remember Happiness Is a Way Of Travel, Not a Destination
Remember happiness is a way of travel, not a destination.
The pursuit of happiness should be seen as a never-ending pursuit. Happiness comes from the fulfillment of goals and the overcoming of obstacles in the way of the goal. Whenever we reach our goals it is important to remember that if we just remain content about what we have accomplished, eventually our happiness will diminish and grow into feelings that oppose happiness. We can combat this by continuing to challenge ourselves to conquer new goals.

Lend a Helping Hand To a Friend
Sometimes, the person who tries to keep everyone happy is always the most lonely person, so never leave them alone because they will never say that they need you.
On occasion there are people in our lives, and brought into our lives by unusual circumstance, coincidence, or just by typical life situations, that seem just to want to make everyone happy. These people may range from members of family to close or distant friends, and usually seem as happy as can be. Sometimes these people are the loneliest people we may know, and we might not even know it. Some of the loneliest people can reach out to you by being the best person that they can possibly be to you.
