How to empower women, so that they are self dependent?
Per-capita bases in India there is a large earning gap between a woman and that of a man (man earns almost fourtimes a woman in India, recent reports said).
First thing is to do is change in the conservative thinking of people n elimination of man dominated society. Government should take some steps for it like providing reservation in various field. Declaration of same incentives for the men and women for the same level of work.
