Be patient. Sometimes we conclude something all by ourselves without considering the situation of that person. May be there is something going in her mind so she's behaving like that. Try to figure it out
You can ask her nicely why she have change or hang out just two of you to find what wrong with her. But if she refuse you cannot do much. Also check her social media frequently, maybe she express her feeling with that
