When you do goods things, good people tend to come into your life and vice versa. To find decent person, try to go to church youth community (If you are Christian), I don't say all of them is decent people because they attend to church. Just don't find a special one in night club or bar (trust me, it not good idea). I believe the most decent people is they whom do a lot of social activities such as nursing house or orphanage
