If the girl is with the boy while shopping, then I think yeah it's her own bill but it's pleasure that the boy's willing to pay muahahah but nah, I think it depends on what she's gonna buy, for example things such accessories or clothes the girl shouldnot let the boy to pay those but if the boy wants to then okay. But stuffs such as foods and drinks for example, boy is responsible enough muahahah :))
