I was having a bad night when I posted this and most of the time I DO feel like this but I am a strong person and I can keep going with life and act like everything is ok and keep my head held high. I listen to music to ecape the world and try and get my mind cleared or not think about things, Music is my life it helps me get through a lot I listen to Papa Roach it helps>;D
